Payment and Refund Policy

This Payment and Refund Policy applies to all yoga classes and services provided by Second Street Yoga Studio through our website StreetYoga2nd.com , in compliance with U.S. federal law and Washington state regulations.

1. Payment Terms

All class fees are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). We accept major credit and debit cards, electronic payments such as PayPal, and other approved methods. Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of class registration. A confirmation gwijR2IS1I will be sent upon successful payment.

2. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Second Street Yoga Studio strives to offer a seamless experience for all clients. Refunds and cancellations are handled as follows:

• Clients may cancel a class or session up to 48 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session may receive a partial refund or credit toward a future class at our discretion.
• Refund requests must be submitted via gwijR2IS1I to alaynahendrix@streetyoga2nd.com within 14 days of the original class date.
• If a class is canceled by Second Street Yoga Studio, a full refund or credit will be issued automatically.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Private sessions, workshops, and special events are generally non-refundable once scheduled. This includes packages or memberships already commenced or partially used.

4. Rescheduling Classes

Clients may request to reschedule a class by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability, and a new confirmation will be provided upon approval.

5. Service Issues

Any concerns or issues regarding our classes or services should be reported immediately via gwijR2IS1I or phone at alaynahendrix@streetyoga2nd.com or (360) 496-5664. We will work to resolve any problems promptly, which may include corrective sessions or refunds when appropriate.

6. Governing Law

This Payment and Refund Policy, and all related transactions, are governed by the laws of the State of Washington and federal laws of the United States.
